I have been trying to figure out some ideas of new things to feed Brady that are not over processed or completely premade from the store. Also not a ton of extra work at each meal time. Someone awhile back suggested Mac and Cheese to me, but after looking at the box and noticing the huge sodium content there was no way I could make that a regular part of his diet. We are by no means the healthiest eaters out there, but I try my best to make better choices for us.
Then it dawned on me to make my own mac and cheese, I just used a regular recipe for mac and cheese. I cut out most of the seasoning since it was for Brady and added some broccoli. I think the grand total of sodium for the entire batch was less than one serving of the pre made stuff. I then put it in lightly greased muffin tins, this is so I could freeze what Brady will not eat in the next few days. I cover it with low sodium panko bread crumbs. It turned out great and Brady seem to enjoy eating. I think I may add some sort of meat next I make, who knows.
I will also try to post any other food ideas I come up with. Also please share if you have any food ideas for Brady.

My Little Dare Devil
For some reason I have feeling this is going to be the first of many post about the daring ideas Brady gets. Since all three of these incidents happened during a two day time span. I seriously cannot turn my head for a few seconds. Brady appears to be practicing his acrobat skills, maybe he has a future doing shows in Vegas.

Halfway to the North Pole
We took a really random drive to Alpena last week and found this sign along the side of the highway. So I guess if we had started at the Equator we would of been halfway to the North Pole.

Remembering
I can still remember this day to every detail, including what I was wearing and who I talked to. We will never forget.

Slinky Fun
Ryan found a slinky while packing his stuff to move last week. Brady thought it was amazing. They spent a good 20 minutes playing with it on the stairs at our old apartment.

Oma
This past week we said goodbye to Ryan's Oma (Grandma). Here are just a few of the pictures that I have of us with her. I really wish right now that I could find the pictures from her 80th birthday party, I think they are on my other computer. That was the day I first meet Oma. It is truly amazing to think how one persons choices can leave such a deep impact on your life. This past week I have found myself wondering what would of happen if The Klementowski's had not came to the United States, I know that my life would not be what is right now.
